Steering Stabilizer issues?

Wedge a pry bar in between the panhard rod and see if you have much movement.
They can be a bit of work to replace, I think most people use a press.
Tie rod ends should be tight.
Jack the front end up and see if you have any movement trying to shake the wheels, holding them at 9 & 3. If you do, and have the same amount holding them at 12 & 6 your hub bearings are loose. Have someone hold their foot on the brake and try again at 12 & 6. If you have movement your swivel pins and or swivel pin bearings are worn. Not movement doesn't mean they are ok though. Really the only way to know is to check the preload with a scale.
How many miles on them?

Like I said in other threads about this, don't replace the steering damper until you've sorted out the actual problem as it can mask the real issue,

To check my panhard rod bushings when they were bad, I just had someone turn the steering wheel one then the other way. I could see the ends of the bar move in relation to the mounts. Shouldn't be any play/movement there.

My disco came from florida(no rust) and I still had to have them pressed out.
