FALSE! You should know better than that SPIKEY!! K&N filters do not kill MAF sensors, the stupid amount of oil people use on them kills MAFS.

And known good used MAF's can be had for $30 if you know the right folks. Cheaper than a new K&N.

Ok, you got me on a technicality.
Its not the air filter itself it is the oil, if it is oiled to excess.
Hows that Jake? Better?

I ran a K&N in my Montero, I noticed zero increase in MPG or power.

Yea the only reason to run a K&N vs a paper is life span. A K&N will not make your disco into a sports car. Neither will those stupid cone filters.

and a snorkel being a "cold air intake" my truck still only takes in "cold air" from mid October to the beginning April.

I have seen one on-line with a 350, you need an adapter plate to mate it up to tranny.

If you want a good line on a variety of things you can do to your Disco go to D&D Fabrications.

Contact Lincoln Tarantino if you truly want a 350 in that thing.

Oh did he end up finding a buyer? Nevermind, JK. Disregard my comment original poster.
