sun roof slider kits?

Default sun roof slider kits?
I saw in an old thread someone was going to make kits to replace those little white slider squares that go to pieces in the sun roof tracks. Did anything ever come of that?

I never found any place to buy them when I was looking last year. I gave up and just left it closed. Let me know if you find them.
