Default Suspension woes

So I'm sorry if I have been posting like crazy but I've brought up some old threads and added some fun out there. While doing my front drive shaft thread I noticed yesterday while putting on new shaft my front sway bar has seemed to displace to the driver side quite a bit to the point where the bend of the sway bar rubs on the radius arm!!! WTF? I know 7 months ago I took a hard hit off road that bent my track rod and made my steering wheel go off center as in a little to the right on the steering wheel is actually straight tires. So I scrapped the old bar for scrap yard part and even have a defender rod and ends to replace it with. I'm going to do away with the steering stabilizer and reenforce the defender track rod. so that being said I think this damage occurrd with that hit too. What should or can be done to correct it? Sway bar bushes look like they need replacing anyway should I just do those bushes and sway bar end joints while I R&R this new defender track rod. Also can the steering wheel be put back center by most private rover shops? I may actually need a shop for alignment and and steering wheel issue. I remember there is some way to center it again but not sure how, and steering components scare me a bit things I've never much played with. Thanks for any help and hope I didn't miss a similar thread. Again sorry for spelling errors or weird word placement I post from I phone damn that auto correct.

Also guys I keep displacing my rear springs due to over articulation on the trail I have a TF med duty kit +2" but I don't think I got the 2" extended shocks. so would cones prevent this? And if I'm right 2" extended shocks would just give me more
Travel with the 2" lift but would still leave me prone to popping my springs out?
