First, how many miles on your truck and when did ou last serive the swivels, reset the pre-load clean/inspect and or replace the bearings and seals? If more the 25,000 mile, you have a bigger project in from of you and should use the Rave CD as a guide to walk you thru doing it. I would also contact Antichrist to get a better seal replacement.
As for the swivel, is the ball itself leaking, have you checked and refilled both of them yet?

What bolts did you remove? One of #3 in this image? Those are the stub axle retaining bolts.

Was it leaking at the bottom of the stub axle? Or on the back side, at the bottom of the chrome swivel ball?
If the former then you'll probably need a stub axle gasket, or some Right Stuff, if the latter you'll need a new swivel ball seal, and swivel ball to axle housing gasket.

RTC2511 is the hub seal you want.

Fill your swivels with gear lube, thats what I use.
Or you can use "00" grease from a lawnmower shop, thats what the Land Rover swivel grease is, "00" grease, part gear oil and part grease.

Buy this, Gaiter Kit For Swivel Housings (Part # DA3057) - Land Rover kits from Atlantic British, it is a good kit and will "fix" your leaking swivel seal.
Use RTV where the boot mates to the swivel to make a nice tight seal.
I have this kit on my truck.

#6 is the swivel seal you need.

I can't remember if the 96 has them, but the drain is circled in red

There's a filler plug about 1/2 way up the swivel housing. It's a 1/2" square.

For goodness sakes MAKE SURE YOU CAN GET THE FILL OPEN BEFORE YOU DRAIN IT.

Seems people are a bit sloppy these days with the advice. It pays to be thorough.

Good luck
