Default Swivel One-shots

Anyone have a suggestion on a suitable substitute for the Rover One-Shot packages? Maybe something that could be found at a local auto store, or maybe a home-brew?

there is a mixture I believe of grease and gear oil that can be used but I am not sure what kind and ratio. I am sure someone will chime in as to the details.

#00 grease will work you can find it at most small engine repair/lawn mower shops. I just use 80/90-140 gear oil in mine.

I run through a lot of water and it makes it a lot easier to clean out then the grease.
