well kinda had a tech come out (craigs list) he got front windows and sunroofs to work, but still have issue with rear window. OG ecu has 4 relays on it but new one only has 2? also radio says w.b or w.8 so new issue? everyone on this site have been most helpful

 

The "WB" on the stereo is the weather band, it is nice to have and I miss not having it.
You just need to press the, are you ready? "WB" button on the stereo.
If you have the weather band on, and on the right channel for your area, you get constant weather reports, depending on where you live.
Here in the Great Lakes region they give out constant reports of the lake conditions for the ships and sailors and rec boaters.
Storms come up with almost no warning and people can die or wind up over 100 miles from where they want to be.
When I drove truck I listened to it alot in the winter because I drove along the lake shore and wanted to know the snow and ice conditions.

 

What did he actually do to get them to work? How much did he charge you?

 

He found a line short and a blown alarm fuse and like magic. He spent 2 hours finding short but ran $100 which is fine cause they are working, now just need rear windows and anti-lock light off then I'm good to go

 

Did you try the ECU re-solder for the rear windows?

 

Im gonna try that tomorrow, want to pick up mag/glass to see cant get radio off wb
