Yes. It even says series I Discovery.
The '99 makes it confusing I know, if you have a '99 DI whenever buying parts just tell them it is a '98, same truck with no confusion.

I used to use Magnecore, but have since switched to Kingsborne for $34.

fwiw...I'm using the 7mm Magnecores on mine, the fit is good, they seem to be working great, but I'm not yet convinced that they are worth the big $$$$, time will tell I suppose.
