Default Trailer Light Adapter

I am having problems finding an adapter for my 94 Disco 7 pin to a flat four adapter. Everywhere I go they look at me like I am crazy and say you mean 6 pin. Thanks

Here is a post from the DII section that is covering the same thing. https://landroverforums.com/forum/sh...ad.php?t=13955 He is trying to go from 7 round to 5 flat so that he has trailer brakes. Might be worth it for the future to just do what these guys did in the thread. They also have a link for the adapter from AB.

A search will point you in the right direction.

I'm about to do the same setup on my '97, so if it's any different, I'll post the results.

Atlantic British sells an adapter that plugs into the factory plug behind the tail light. I used one on my 97 and it was simple plug-and-play.

While browsing around today I found this. It is a 7 pin to flat 4 adaptor and costs 35 bucks. http://www.britishpacific.com/BPSite...erTrailer.html

Yeah, if you already have the factory trailer connector. If you don't, I think the route I took is about the cheapest, and it's reliable.
