Default 98 disco runs rough when cold

I had a heater core hose blowout last week, and replaced the hoses. Now my baby runs rough when cold, any ideas. The Rover guy I go to in Santa Cruz is kind of a slob and I thought I would start here first.

sounds like the wires got water on them and until they heat up they misfire.

I agree, either water on/in the plug wires, coils or ECU.
Depends on where the coolant went.
