trans swap issue

Default trans swap issue

been a while since I swapped a d1 trans, got the new used one in and I cant spin the torque converter, swear it was in all the way and could feel the pump spin when it was out, so am i doing something wrong or am i pulling the trans back out

My guess is it's not completely in, so clearance is off. Maybe slid back while moving into position. Hopefully can fix by loosening vs pulling the trans back out.

my hopes too except that dam transfer case shifter
