Transfer box will not go into gear
universals in front drive shaft, rear drive shaft or slip joints on one of the drive shafts beat, that is what I would check second first be sure all the bolts were tightened during the trans swap
could also be a wheel not balanced, mine shakes around 70-75 but I did not dynamic balance the wheels since we did not have the proper weights at my friends shop

Trying to fix the death wobble it appears the tie rod hooked to the pitman arm has a bunch of play. Are all of them the same? It's a strange design, it goes from pitman arm to left wheel then to right.
Is this the right part?

there are 4 tie rod ends 2 left hand thread and 2 right hand thread
you can get a tie rod end cheaper then that rebuild kit off amazon, I would soak it good for a few days then get it loose and be sure the thread direction or order one of each and do that entire rod
