Btw broke a trans mount flipping the assembly on its side so had to buy them also
Also had to patch a hole in the frame under the trans cross bar thing on pass side
Is there a seal on that detent cable I need to do?

Should I bother to drain the converter?

Drill a small hole in converter (don't go deeper than you need to punch the drill through), use a sealing pop rivet to close (make sure it's a short collar rivet). Old trick.

Btw here is the pass side frame under the trans cross member bar thing that we all love, rust through, frame full o silt; , cut out rust spots made a plate migged it in brushed on rusty metal primer, all I can. Say is wow this frame is thin, if d2 is thinner is must be sheet metal

Trans bolted up before the rain, problem the trans line on the bottom came off with the adapter, I am assuming there is a copper washer between adapter and trans??

Trans done found the washer/seal, drove all is fine, guess time will tell if I still leak
