Question Transmission Transfer case Temp Light

Can somebody point me in the direction of the location of temp sensors for the transfer case and transmission. I went through the rave cant find anything on the transmission but it said there was one for the transfer case I am going to check all data at work tomorrow. The rave I have says 95 on it I have not been able to find a 94 that I can download or buy and be able to print from it I found one but the print option was disabled. Thanks in advance.

No I followed the lines from the cooler to transmission nothing there not even a unplugged wire. I pretty sure it is a sensor that has the light coming on when the light was on, I put a temp probe down the transmission dipstick tube it read 140, also pulled fill plug from transfer case and it was 150. The light came on after driving twenty miles just as I pulled into work eight hours later started truck and light did not go off for five minutes. Then it was off for two days then back on and off. Pressure tested transmission everything is good shifts fine fluid is good changed three thousand miles ago along with filter. I looked the best I could around transmission and could see anything.

The transfer case temp sensor is on the lower left side of the main assembly. There's a big connector that you can't miss when you're under the truck on your back. My bet is there's something wrong with the wiring. I had a situation with a P38 awhile back. A short in the wiring was causing the temp light to go on. The actual temperature in the unit was within acceptable range.
