Here's a fun pic for comparisons sake

I dont think it will look terrible but the plan is to rivet in the final sheet metal for the cab all the way around like this one..

I like that pipe frame cage, very close to what my dad's hunting buggy was made like, except his was a 36 horse VW motor.

Great job Jake.

Great job Jake.

I am pretty much modeling my build after that one - except I plan on building a tray on the back over the fuel tank to mount spare tire and a storage box. After that is done I will finish the design for the cage but it will be similar to that.

Cut out all the rear wiring today

Before

After (fuel pump and ground)

Left overs

I also measured the trucks overall length today and it is 145" long - 7" shorter than a standard d90

I look forward to seeing the end results. It was amazing how much taller your white one sits than this one does.

I'll have to Google Dallastown and see how to get there. I would like to drive over for a visit one of these days when you are closer to completion or after you finish and see how it rides.

I want to pick up another one or get my wife something nicer to drive and go Hawg Wild on mine like you have on both of those. They both look like a hollatta fun.

You are joking right? I will never have to buy small gauge wire again when this project is done. And I will have every color of the rainbow
