Default turn signals and hazards do not work

None of those work, when I press the hazard button, nothing displays on the cluster as in the arrows and no lights outside, not even the hazard button doesn't flash, same goes for the individual turn signal, nor left or right works, neither outside nor the arrow/ trailer symbol on the cluster. I checked the fuse under the drives side steering and the turn signal light fuse is good.

That would be fuse 1, there is also a fuse 4 under the hood involved. There is also a ground jumper inside the driver's side kick panel, E201.

any pics of the locations? I checked the turn signal fuse under the drivers steering wheel (is that the kick panel)? I believe that it fuse #1 and that was good, so I should check fuse #4 and fuse E201?

#4 fuse is in the fuse box under the hood just to the rear of the battery.

That kinda leaves the flasher unit, a square plug in lower left corner of fuse area under the dash.

I do, and so can you, if you download the RAVE. With college football starting tonight, less time for many guys on the site. Having your own copy saves waiting for people to respond, kinda like playing chess by mail....

Here's what you'll find in there.
