Default Very bad shake when it turns.

Everytime I make a right or left turn the truck shakes big time. What can cause that?

I've watched the wheels as I turn and see no odd movement.

My tc shift is down and to the left, the diff lock light is not on. I've asked others where their shift is and I get down and to the right.

Help

Left is diff lock maybe the light is not working

Should be right and pulled back toward the other shifter

If diff is locked it would deffinitly shake till you damage something

What Tom said. Your shifter is in the locked position. It would make it real squirrely around corners until you broke a axle, diff, TC or something along the drive line.

Thanks!!! I shall try and move that shifter, it does move up and down on the right but will not move to the left.

I just "fixed" it, the u shaped pc of metal that connects the shifter to the tc was bangged out. Shifter would not move, moved it to the right as you're under the truck and bingo! Diff lock off.

No more shake, rattle, and roll!

Thought I had bad cv joints cause of the clacking noise but it was the diff lock, she rides much smoother and a bit faster.

Man I was driving like that since I got the truck.

Thanks guys
