I would bet that it was AC condensation given your location. Really need more details. Was it coolant? (sweet small, greenish color) Was it just water? Was it oil? Without any other details - not much more to do than fire wildly into the dark...

If you are lucky it is AC condensate (water),
If not so lucky - extra tilt may have caused stress on the lower radiator hose assembly (torn, pulled loose, joint separated, plain ordinary dry rot.)

Could be water that was sitting in the fresh air cowling.

That's what I normally do. Everything has its own taste.

Battery acid actually tastes pretty good, though I've only tasted it once, and do not plan to again.

The first time I noticed a drip by the driver side rear wheel I did that and my wife looked like she was ill. Lol. That's how I found the rear ac drain. Taste like spring water.

Several weeks ago I noticed a small puddle of yellowish liquid next to my small puddle of oil on the garage floor. It was either dog urine, or universal coolant. My wife was not around. It was coolant, and all hoses were replaced later that week.
