Default Water sound under my dashboard?

I have this water flowing sound when I am turning the steering wheel. It only happens when the car is moving? I think it may be condensation in the lines, but I really don't have a slight clue. Does anybody know what it could possibly be?

You have air in the coolant system. You need to bleed the system properly. Directions are in the how to section

Before you do that and since the sound only happens when turning, clean out your a/c drain lines.

Is that something I can do or do I have to take it to a shop?

Default Follow Up

Hey, just wanted to follow-up and see if bleeding the air solved the problem?

I have the same problem in a 1999 Discovery SD. No problems with overheating at all and no white smoke coming out of my exhaust, but I do have that waterfall sound and am worried how it got there it the first place?
