Default Dashboard Buzzing Sound

I finally was able to find the source of an annoying buzzing sound coming from the left side of the dash. Turns out there is a small fan on the left side of the steering column. I took it out and found a lot of dust built up. I took it apart and cleaned it with radio shack electronics cleaner and viola, nice and quite! not quite sure what that's intended for because it seems to have a temp sensor in front of the fan. Either way it was easy to take out, a couple of screws and a connector.
