Well Mutley is SAFE
Going to just fix him and use him as purchased to run around, pick up parts and make runs to the dump. Just to good a unit to sell for $1,900.00
Range Rover is going to LR Columbia for some updates and missed service and the LR3 is going for it's 60,000 mile check at the vet.
Just need to get Mutley a window lift and fix the wires for the rear windows and all is well.

When you say re-wire the rear windows are they both not working? I just did this repair (LINK) was pretty easy, by far the hardest part was getting the board it self to come out. It says to remove the two nuts that hold the front of the box that contain it, then angle the box to slide out the circuit board. After 45 angry minutes I just removed all the bolts I could see holding the metal piece that blocks it (what your glove box hinges on). Put on a glove and pulled really hard till I got the clearance needed.
Now I'm trying to figure out a cheap way to fix the widow regulator rollers in one of the rear windows. See my thread, looks like I need to head back to home depot and spend some quality time in the fasteners department. Glad to hear Mr. Mutley is safe!!
