Front and rear and inner and outer bearings are the same.
If your replacing the rotors go ahead and do the bearings too.
They are cheap compared to the repair that could happen if they seize on you going down the road.
And you are already that far in you might as well.

You can get them at your local autoparts store, there is nothing special about them.
The OEM is Timken, I bought the this because it comes with all the seals and everything you need.

But you can buy the parts separate and use RTV for the hub flange seal.

Those bearing are supposed to be cleaned, repacked every 20,000 to 30,000 miles. Sounds like you haven't been doing that so, yes, replace the all.
How about your front swivels, have you neglecting servicing them also, if so, then you have a bigger job on your hand, they need to get fresh fluid, 1 Sots or gear oil, every 20,00 to 30,000 miles, here again based on the type of wheeling you are doing. You will also need a seal kit for them and when done reset the preload.
Might want to dig out a copy of a Rave CD for instructions.0

I agree, if you don't know the history of the hub bearings, or haven't serviced them in 30k miles (more often if you off-road) then you should be checking them and repacking and/or replacing.
Forget the crap Disco hub seals and get Rover PN RTC3511 double lip seals.
For the hub bearings, get them locally for $10-$13 each (two needed per hub)
Bearing is Timken SET37, SKF BR37, *** KIT3 or National A-37
I've used all and not seen any difference.

I'd get 4 hub bearing lock washers as well, in case you can't reuse yours.
I'd also get a couple of bearing lock nuts in case someone in the past trashed yours.

Autozone has Timken SET37 for $16 bucks a piece...I could just get everything in this kit besides the bearings and save about 20 bucks http://www.roverparts.com/Parts/9002D.cfm

Make sure to do a good job repacking the bearings, can't stress that enough. You will need a 2 1/16 inch socket to get the rotor and hub off, they are damn spendy, I was able to use a 2 1/8 with no problem. If you happen to need new rotors, as in my case they couldn't be turned so I had to buy new ones, the number I have is CEN 121.22000 they run about 60 each.

I got my calipers and pads from Rovers North, 100 bucks per axle. You are supposed to turn the rotors on these anyway. They have all the other little goodies as well. Probably not the absolute cheapest but I have always had great service from them as well as great availablity on everything I have needed.
