Also, should be able to take the plug away from the seat switch, and put +volts on white/yellow and white/red, -volts to ground somewhere. See 2nd page of drawings from RAVE. Good use for jump box.

Haha I knew that was coming! Crazy Ray's in Jessup MD. has a ton of Rovers. They have another location in Mt Airy thats close to Jessup as well as two in Baltimore and one in Edgewater. You do have to deal with a high volume of people and cars so what's there today may be gone tomorrow. Good prices though and plenty of selection.

Loved Crazy Ray's when I lived back there. Though, I was into Jeeps in those days. Pick-n-pull yards are great.

Grab a set of the little plastic seat buttons for me please!

And if you can, the backer board for the window/seat heater switches. I'll take the whole window switch panel if it's reasonable.

Crap just read this, already came back from digging. Did you need the little buttons that look like a seat or the whole switch assembly? Also do you have a pic of the backer board thingy I'm not sure what it is. I may be heading back there soon to grab a few more things so if you still need them I'll PM you before I head down and I can grab them. Cant imagine either would cost much.

A follow up on the original post,
We went out and grabbed those seats today (thank god they were still there). Plugged the jump box into the battery terminals and was able to flip the key on and move the seats as needed. Who would have assumed they were that easy to get out? Took us all of 20 minutes to get the back and both fronts out. Brought them home and put them in, what a difference. They look killer (no pics yet) and the heating elements are much better than the ones in there. Got both fronts with tracks and motors and the entire rear with hardware for $90!

You did great at that price. Yeah, all I need is the buttons for the passenger's seat. New ones are rediculous. I'd love a set of front seats like you got. What year did they come from?

The backer board I refered to is pictured on anothe post about my Cutty Sark Whiskey Case Center Console thread. But if you can get window or seat switches cheaply, a spare set would be great.

Let me know when you are going again.

I no longer need the bezel for the window switches. See my thread about the Cutty Sark Whiskey Case Center Console.

I still need the little buttons for the Passenger's front seat switches. Switches too if they are cheap. A spare is good thing to have.

We pulled the seats out of a 1997 Disco LSE, for some reason this thing had 177k on the clock but the whole vehicle was immaculate. All of the seats are like brand new. We wanted to replace the stock ones for a while but just couldnt grasp spending $800 for used seats (seems to be the going rate for dismantlers and used Rover parts place). The junkyard we go to charges $38 per seat no matter what they come out of, We got them for $30 each because my fiance seems to have an admirer working at the checkout The seat switches are hard to come by but I'll keep an eye out, if you just need the little **** things I can probably find those. Seems that most of the switches that still fit in the console are gone, all thats left are the ones that fall out and dangle. Window switches are easy to come by if you dont need the trim panel, all of the plastic ones are gone and the wood grain ones look like crap. I'll send you a PM next time we head down.
