Default Window lift ecu

My rear windows won't go down so I did some soldering on the window lift ecu and now the blower for the heater doesn't come on. Does anybody know if the ecu also controls the blower motor, or should I be looking somewhere else? Thanks in advance.

ECU does not control the blower motor. I would suspect the switch, but the fan is located down by where the ECU is located so you may have bumped a wire. Does it work on any of the speed? If not, I would check for a fuse in the fuse panel or under the hood fuse block.

Your probably right about me bumping something. I'm gonna take it apart today and have a look. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't connected to the ecu. Thanks.
