windows still not working
I had one of my switches go bad (driver window), a quick swap with one of the other switches confirmed it was indeed the switch. A friend had a spare in his parts Disco.
You can also jumper 12 volts DC directly to the motor to check it out.
You could do readings with a meter.

Originally your pulled your ECU because your back windows weren't working now all of them don't work, correct? If that is the case then it must have something to do with ECU or how it was removed/installed. Is it connected correctly? Did you blow any fuses? Did you dislodge any wires from the harness while connecting/reconnecting?

I mean you could go with out the backs working you don't sit there, ha ha. But I re soldered my board then put it back in, no luck. I tried that jumper thing, no luck. So I figured I'd try one more time and re solder the whole board before I put everything back together. Well that time it worked fine. I did find the driver's side rear window motor was disconnected die to the window regulator roller being busted (gotta love the previous owner's solution).

Did you carefully reflow ALL the solder joints on the ECU board. Mine had a couple of points where there were hairlinee cracks that at first glance were not evident. Pressing on the component leads lightly showed the problem.
Mine were intermittent before, now they work fine.
