Windshield wiper reservoir removal?
So when I got the Disco there was a toggle switch on the dash to get high speed wipers and that was it. I'm trying to troubleshoot how/why nothing works but I need to get the wiper fluid reservoir off. According to the RAVE manual I'm supposed to remove the two bolts going into the wheel well. These are rusty and spin when you try to take them off like I'm assuming most disco owners have found.
Can anyone who has already gone through this give me a tip or two on how to get these off so I can remove the washer reservoir?
I've tried penetrating oil, cleaning up the threads with a wire brush, and lots of fiddling already

I was totally hoping that's not what you were going to say but that's pretty much what I expected. Thanks for the reply.
Any suggestions on how to seal these better so the next time I have to remove it They aren't such a pain?

I just used a drill and drilled out the bolt from under the D1 which is a heck of a lot easier then battling with those two stupid bolts for an hour. I also used a boat plug and deleted the washer pump for the headlights. My original was rusted and popping fuses. The replacement started leaking so I said to heck with em. 4.00 boat plug, and now I just have rear washer/front washer pumps.
The headlight sprayers on mine are already plugged off near the front bumper. I'd like to fix those if I have opportunity however it sounds like we're going to be getting a van and selling the D1 as my wife getting our 10 week old into the carseat in the back of this on her own is impossible with how tall it sits. She has a hard enough time getting in on her own. Had our D1 sat at normal height we may have been able to keep her.
So now I'm condensing my list of repairs to try and fix things to get it ready to resell to someone. This would be one of them to me since not being able to use the sprayers means the windshield wipers are useless in a lot of cases except rain.
