Hello everyone, My 97 RR 4.6 rear windshield wiper will not turn off unless I disconnect the fuse. It also says that my driver door is open when it is not. Anyone ever delt with this?Is there a way you can reset any codes or messages w/o taking it to the dealer? thank you for your help

The rear windshield wiper still stays on but the door message is no more. Just need some help w/ the rear windshield wiper.

 

you know that you need to make sure the handle that was all of the windshield wiper controls on it is not pushed forward. if it is, the rear wipers stay on intermittent, right? i missed that detail for awhile on my 98 SE. you probably checked that, but in case you didn't, I just wanted to throw it out there.\

 

Yeah, Ichecked that. I went ahead and disconnected the motor so I could use the fuse, but it's not a corrective fix. thanks anyway
