Default Wont start

I have a Land Rover discovery S1, it has a CAT alarm and immobiliser, the vehicle has been parked up for 10 years and the battery has gone dead. We’ve tried to jump start it but the engine isn’t turning over at all. Once we connect the immobiliser fob to the dash the red light stops flashing but still it won’t turn over. Can anybody help please?

what is a CAT alarm? they had a factory immobilizer, why would someone add an additional one?

does the check engine light go on when the key is turned on? If not, its immobilized and wont start.

I would pull the plugs, add a spoonful of oil in each cylinder, then use a wrench to turn the crank by hand at least 4 strokes, just to make sure the pistons haven't rusted up. 10 years is a long time to sit.
