When I did my cylinder head work, I used those little plastic tubs that chinese food or soup come in. Also, digital camera and step-by-step notes. You can't be too methodical. It is really a pain going back and doing something over because you forgot a little detail, or even worse, getting to the end and saying "gee, I wonder where this doo-hicky went ?". Get new head bolts too if you haven't yet, and try not to break anything taking it apart. Putting it together is the fun part, and you'll save piles of money.

 

I have the rave cd but am having computer problems so havent been able to open it. Does it have all the instucions I need to replace gaskets, water pump etc?
