Default 01 LR D2 losing power

I have a 01 LR D2. I had an issue with the cats getting clogged and replaced them. When the gas is pressed from sitting it is slow to get any power, I can floor it from a stop sign and it slow rolls, once I have built up speed it is a little better when I can just push the gas a little. Going uphill same thing, nowhere near the power it should be getting. I think I may have one or more bad 02 sensors, but I don't think that would cause this and I would like to see if I can solve the big issue first. I have not had time to work on the rover much so I guess it is possible the gas has gone bad while it sat waiting on me to work on the cats. Is it possible that bad gas and o2 sensors may cause this? What else should I be checking. Thanks guys
