Default 02 sensor question

I have a dead O2 (rear) I unplugged the suspect O2 start up the Disco and all sensors are showing readings, both rears flatline at .8.

This seems weird to me any suggestions or more likely explanation of what I am doing wrong ?

Not to state the obvious, but it sounds like a wiring issue. Do the readings on the rear ones change once the engine gets warm?

@matt3502 An actual drive is the next test, I did notice the engine side connector is damaged but the connection was sound. I was just not sure when the rear O2's started to respond - and you answered my question need to warm the old girl up
