as far as the brackets are concerned you basically need to be able to extend the framing on top out so that you can cut slots in it for bolts to go through and screw into the brass mounting holes on the headlights. we could have made it a lotnicerwith metal sheeting to work with but use what ya got...the biggest thing with the whole project was measure 3 times cut less than you measured...test fit repeat above steps till eventually you have it right. Tools REQUIRED: Dremel with LOTS of cut off wheels (or Air powered cut off tool with several extra wheels.) Pop Rivet gun, permanent marker for marking where to cut, DRILL and several bits. Socket set, screw drivers etc...

Where did you get your HID light kit? I am going to stick with my stock lights but want to upgrade to HID.

Very good stuff, had it about a year now, covered it in mud, water, ice, 110+ heat, even submerged the light bulbs themselves in water before.

^^^he forgot to mention we also had the ballasts submerged in water as well as the bulbs...headlights actually filled with water. and those bulbs never missed a beat
