Default 03 disco brakes, rotor locator screw

Hi,

so I was trying to replace rotors and pads on all 4... looks like the rover dealer that did the brake job last time re used the same stripped locator screw on the rotor, and I also stripped it some more. any ideas on the best way to get it out? Drill it out?
also, what size is the screw?

thanks
scott

Drill it out, do NOT replace it as it is NOT needed, its ONLY job is to hold the rotors on the truck as it rides down the assembly line with no wheels on it.
The wheels hold the rotor in place.
Any car I have ever done brakes on that has one I trow it away.
It is a #2 Phillips if I remember right.

A manual impact driver works well in removing that screw, here's a link to one example but all of the tool companies make them Great Neck/4 Bits Impact Driver Set (IMD5) | Impact Driver Set | AutoZone.com

Remove it and do replace it, by the way, it has a #4 head on it.
