Default Question about Front Axle Seal/Installation and Rotor/Disc Screw

OK I got everything off to replace my hub but have a couple questions:

1) I had to drill out the screw that holds on the rotor/disc because the phillips head was shot. Can I get a replacement screw from a local shop or do I have to order it?

2) I was also having a gear oil leak from this side so I took out the whole axle so I could replace the seal. Can I get a seal from the local autozone etc. or do I have to special order it?

3) When I replace the axle is there anything special I have to do or just fit it in to the differential and press it in then replace the hub? Does the metal flange the seal against the axle seal just press up against from the outside? Or does it fit in the rubber seal somehow?

You dont need to repalce that screw, the wheel will hold the rotor on.

Yes AutoZone will have the axle oil seal.

I do not know for sure.

Thanks, It looks like the Axle flange is just is pressed sealed against the rubber gasket. I'm going to just put it back together without the rotor screw then.
