03 disco code reader
sorry I could search this probably.....
my 03 disco (105k miles) has a CEL. it runs well with no noticeable change. I need to read the codes. is this an obd II? and where can I get a suitable reader for cheap

You can take the car to any auto parts shop and they can read your OBD-2 codes for you.
Alternatively, I recommend the Ultraguage. It reads codes and is also useful for providing live data, especially coolant temps:
