Default 10 Codes need help

I'm attaching a picture of the 10 codes I have on my 2000 D2. It looks like it may just be the MAF but am wondering why that would affect the camshaft sensor. Any help would be appreciated. May be an image of text that says 'Pending PendingTCs=1 TCS =10 10 P1451P0414 P1481 P1451 P0414 P0448 P0134P0154 P1451 P0102 0448P1451P0102FOS4A P0102P0340 P0340 P0445 P0134 P0154'

Have you done any recent work?
Did these pop up all at once? Or has it been over time?

I'd reset the whole lot and deal with them as they pop up. Therein you have a chance of isolating issues.

The manuals are in the google drive linked in my sig. Download them and use them as you like.

Start by disconnecting the maf, clear all the codes, see what comes back.

I encountered a similar combo of codes. It turned out to be O2 wiring related. The shorted O2 circuit also kept blowing Fuse 2 in the engine bay fuse block. This was my post on the fix:
