Default 1998 Disco problem three - heater controls

I know I know, you all are probably thinking, "What a friggin whiner!"[sm=boohoo.gif]

Sorry 'bout that - it's not intentional. Disco Mike can vouch for me!

Anyways, my heater controlsin the dash have gone awry. They will only move a couple of locations and the one that their on is not what the fan is producing. [sm=headbang.gif]

I'm figuring that I'm going to have to pop the cover off and reset them on some kind of teeth or cog or something. If I'm right about that, how can I get the cover off without breaking something and if that's not the route to take, where to start?

Thanks, fellers! [sm=icon_cheers.gif]

Take a small screwdriver and carefully pry off the three dials and the fan button.Under the outer two dials you will find two screws that must be removed to get the face off.
