Unhappy window controls, wipers and heater stopped working all at once...

Any ideas? Are the three associated with the same fuse or some other electrical component... Hurricane is coming this weekend so I have a limited time to get it handled and dealer service is closed today... any help would be greatly appreciated... was parked and idling with radio and heater on when both mysteriously turned off without any interaction on my part. I tapped the radio button and it came back on but not the heater... tried to roll down windows and nothing happens... tiried wiper blades... nothing.... it appears as if foglamps don't work either... I've got a 2001 disco se

Body Control Unit (BCU) is common to all those systems (directly or via the IDM module). Check fuse 13 under hood, may also be one of the fuse links (the bolt in fuses). Check fuses inside truck, look closely at F29 and F34.

BTW - have cash money on hand, after a high wind event the tiny network satellite dishes on the gas stations are blown out of alignment and no purchase even if they have power. Fording water - be careful as roads can wash out below water level and have a significant sink hole. Have bottled water to drink and for truck if overheats.
