Boy, it sure sounds like a crank sensor by your description of events. I'd have to really eyeball that plug, see if any terminals inside are pushed out backside of plug...or cokpromised in any way.
Made a holding tool, for upper portion of plug, out of old brake tool. Works prety slick, since you can't get two hands up in there.
Clamped a set of visegrips on end for better grip/control.
Turns out I needed a interior fuse box due to the internal circuit on fuse 14 being bad. Had dim reading that would brighten by itself and dim again with test light on f14 and ended up jumping the wire and it started right up. Wires before the fuse and relay come from engine fuse box and down to the ignition switch and down to the ignition relay and fuse that powers the coils. and wasn't having any issues with ignition switch so the only other option was the internal circuit inside the interior fuse box.
