2000 Disco II 3 amigos and 17 codes
It's been several months since I last had the 3 amigos, which was when I did a complete brake, rotor, and fluid replacement - Life has been good until a couple of days ago. After backing out of the garage, putting it into drive, it sputtered and resisted for about a half mile before finally running okay, then my service engine light came on along with the 3 amigos. Today was the first chance I got to check the codes and got the following 17: P0171, P0174 (banks 1&2 too lean), P1300, P0300, P0302 (twice), P0304 (twice), P0305, P0306 (twice)' P0308 (twice) - all engine misfires (general and cyl. 2,3,4,5,6 and 8), P1171, P1174, P0733 and P0734 (incorrect gear ratios for gears 3&4) No 3 amigos today by the way.
I believe I'm looking at new plugs (45,000 miles on them, and I haven't pulled them for inspection yet) andO2 sensors, but don't know what the P1300, P1171. P1174, and P0733/0734 codes are calling for for specifically. As a side note, my gas mileage has been improved from 15 to 17mpg in the past couple of months as a result of me slowing down to around 60/65 on the interstate and watching about fast starts and stops, so gas mileage has not been a symptomatic problem.
Any ideas on the unkown (to me) codes?

Check your connection to the MAF. It can throw all kinds of codes, mis fire and emission. As earlier stated, a bad MAF will send 4th gear and mis-fire. Are you running a K&N air filter?
No K&N ever. I'll check the MAF, run codes again, then install new Bosch 4418's and Magnecors for starters as recommended. Thanks to all - much appreciated.
Very simple, order a new MAF, a set of 8mm Magnacor wires and a set of plugs. After this is changed out, flush the crank case and do an induction cleaning and you'll be fine.
