Default 2000 Disco Lock Problem

2000 Disco with lock problem. The driver's door will lock and engage the alarm with the key...driver door only. The other doors do not lock nor can I lock/unlock with the dash switch. My key is toast...doesn't work. I want to lock/unlock with the driver's key and the dash switch. I changed the actuator on the driver's door...no change. It sounds as though the actuators are 'trying' to work...they make a sound but don't work. Any suggestions.

What happens if you use the key and unlock your drivers door 2 times, will the other doors unlock?
Try locking and unlocking the drivers door 3 times to reset the syytem and see if that helps.

Default Actuators

I guess it's the lock actuators. I changed the driver's door actuator and it works: locking and unlocking its self, setting the alarm and is locked/unlocked by the dash switch. Frustrating and a little difficult to believe all the lock actuators are bad at the same time (bought it used). Easier to buy/replace lock actuators (~$60 apiece) and do it myself than have the dealer do it ($1800 estimate). I'll let you know if it works. Key fob doesn't work, once the lock actuators have been replaced and 'work' I'll go to the dealer to get/sync a new key. Thank you.
