I have a Land Rover Disco 2 with 152000 miles. It runs well. I have one key for the ignition and driver door lock. The driver door lock recently stopped working, it just turns but does not lock or unlock the doors. I also do not have a key fob. The button on the dash will lock all the doors. I have found someone parting out a disco 2, 2001, and has the key fobs with keys and driver door lock. Do I need to also get the ecu from the parts vehicle to get the key fobs to work or do I need to go to the dealer for a reprogram??
