Default 2000 Disco2 Head Problems

Recently I have had some issues with a check engine light coming on and it was an O2 Sensor in front, not too bad I ordered the part and did the repair myself. Than I had a water pump hose a couple of weeks ago, had a small drip and fixed it with a clamp and all seemed well. Made sure that it had plenty of antifreeze and it was fine, the truck never was hot or went above normal temperature.
Today I get a call that the truck has steam coming out of the hood and told my wife to turn it off and call a tow truck. Temperature never went above normal temperature. We get it home I look under the hood and expecting a water pump hose thats bad or something and I find I have antifreeze coming out the bottom of the valve cover gasket near the fire wall, drivers side, UUGh. Checked the oil and it looks fine , not muddy. Is this a blown head gasket, If so do I need to do both heads or just the bad head, the passenger side valve cover gasket has a small oil drip film which seems common. And lastly how much will this one cost roughly. Also I won't be bringing it to any Landrover dealership, any known good Rover Mechanics near Nashua, Manchester NH area in New England. Truck has 118,000 Mi.

Send me a private message with your tele number and a good time to call. I would be glad to walk you thru this.
Don't drive too much till the leak is fixed.

More than likely you have a throttle body heater plate gasket that has let go. It is located on the underside of the intake plenum on the drivers side, and will drip coolant on the valve cover on that side. The kits are about $24.00, and the repair is something easily performed.
