Hey guys, im at work and i just went to try and go to lunch and the old girl doesnt want to start. Everything seems fine, engine is turning over, just doesnt seem to be getting any gas. Any ideas just off the top of your head? I tried the fuel cut off switch and even disconnected the battery for a few minutes but that did nothing.

yeah i checked all the fuses
i went by the dealer....$435 for a new pump. I was almost down to the pump when my ride showed up so im going to go back and check the pump before i take that plunge. They also said it could be the fuse box?? anyone heard of that before?

Don't go buying parts till you know 100% what is wrong with the truck.
Have you verified fuel pressure? When checking the pump remember it only runs for a couple of seconds when you turn the key, don't expect to just hear it running cause the key is on.
Pluul the plugs, verify you are getting gas and spark, you may have lost your crank sensor and now have no spark.
So start testing, let us know what you find and lets see if we can get you running.

Ok, i checked the pump and it is making no noise whatsoever. Also pulled the gas line to verify and it is not pumping. I tried a multi meter on the plug while starting and got nothing. I tried it on the fuel gauge plug also and it was getting a reading. Of course im not 100% positive i was doing it right so im going to get someone with some electrical knowledge to check it out. Ill let you know what i find out.
