Any check engine light on or codes stored?

Please describe in vivid detail, and when this happens (every moring when cold, only when you park after driving an hour, etc.).

Any noises (click, multiple clicks, starter growling or metal on metal noise, starter even turns engine (fan belt moves)?

How old is battery?

its the crankshaft position sensor. if you have to bring a bottle of cold water to pour water on the sensor to get it to fire up.

Sound like it could be that CPS sensor. However, you have to think why this belt broke. As you stated the pulley tensioner was replaced. Could the AC compressor be seaizing up too causing the belt to tear up. Mine did the same thing.
