Default 2001 D2 stalling

My 2001 D2 stalls when coming to a stop. It happens infrequently and always starts right back up. It does not stall once the car is stopped only when decelerating and going slow. I have replaced the CPS and cleaned the idle sensor. The wires where replaced about 20k miles ago and all look good. There are no codes. Any suggestions on what I should try next? Thanks.

check for vacuum leaks.

Might be a lazy O2 sensor too.
Hook up a live scanner and see all the live data.
Make sure the O2 sensors are scanning.

First, looking at wires doesn't mean they are good, who's did you install?
Do you have a service engine light on, if so what is the fault code numbers?
Your cleaning the idle control solenoid, depending on how you did it may have messed it up.

I have not done any electrical testing on the wires. I pulled the boots off the plugs and made sure the wires are on tight. Inspected the inside of the boot to make sure the connectors were not broken. Felt on top of the coil to see if any where loose. Checked to make sure there was no cracking in the outer insulation. The wires where installed by a reputable shop after an engine replacement.

There is no SEL and no codes when attaching a reader.

I removed the idle control solenoid and sprayed it with carb cleaner. I did not attempt in any way to take it apart.

What should I be doing different?

So, realizing that your wires are not causing the problem and only because you mentioned the wires looked good, is why I mentioned checking the condition of the wires. Are your's or 8 mm and what color are they?
Might want to clean out your t/body to correct the issue.

Put a live scanner on that actually scans when the engine is running.
