Default 2001 disco 2 no start blown fl 13

Cant figure it out, girlfriends disco just got it back from the shop for replacing head gaskets. Ran fine on the way home. Now it wont start and keeps blowing the fl 13. No light flashing on the dash. Short in the ignition switch? All lights come on as expected when in the on position just nothing except the click of the relay when turned to the start position Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

fl 13 -

If that is fuse link 13, (FL 13) in the underhood fuse box, it links to the light switch

If that is fuse 13 in the underhood box, that goes to the horns.

If that is fuse 13 in the passenger compartment - that goes to rear window lift relay.

Here's RAVE sheet on starting and fuses associated wih that.

If you read the previous post by Savannah, which #13 fuse is blowing? is it the 30amp link fuse in the underhood box, the 10amp fuse in the same box, or the fuse under the dash on the drivers side? If it's the link, referring to the PDF that Savannah thoughtfully provided, that goes through the starter relay directly to the starter, if it pops immediately I'd be looking for a "shorted to ground" power wire. When you say it won't start do you mean the starter doesn't turn or that the engine will crank over but not start running (learned long ago that different terms mean different things to different people).

Get a headlight.
Put wires on the headlight.

Put the other end of the wires from the head light under each contact of the 30A fuse.

As you have a short the headlight will light.

Now, start disconnecting stuff until the headlight goes out.

That will be your short.

Default 2004 land rover won't start

Can someone help me with rover 2004. while driving the engine died. I sprayed carb cleaner inside the throttle body and started running until it runs out then died. I replace the fuel pump unfortunately it wasn't the problem. Then I check if there is power in the fuel connector (4 wires) white with pink stripe nothing when I turn the ignition to on position or to start it.
