Another way to listen for a vac leak is to obstruct the air intake fully, which will shoot the vac pressure up, and make leak produce more sound. Also see attached for the oil breather system, clean item 10, if obstructed can cause strange problems. And check both hoses used in this system.

Lean condition code on 1 bank? And you purchased all that stuff. Thas funny. Take the truck to a mechanic with a smoke machine and have him smoke your intake and exhaust. He should be able to.find it within a few minutes.
