Default 2002 Disco 11 SD

Hey everyone.
I'm new to forums and had what i think is a simple question. I have owned a 2002 disco II SD model for about 15 years.
The recommended tire size is 255/65/R16.... i'd like to give it a little beafier look.
I have not done any modifications the entire truck is stock.
I have been told I could put 255/70/R16 on but i wanted to see if i could put 265/70/R16 or 265/75/R16 without any rubbing from the steering rods?
Any advice would be nice.
I'm using Falken A/T 3W .... not the best but affordable and nice reviews.
Thanks for your time.

Welcome to the forum.
I've got BFG KO2 265/70/R16 tires with a +2" lift and no rub.

Yep heck back in the day when my first 2 03 D2's were brand new I ran BFG A/T KO 265/75R16's and they didn't rub at all. If it will rub or not truly depends on how your coil springs are doing. If they're still OEM after all these years then yes you'll probably rub, but it won't be anything major.
