The Auxbeam H7 retains the H7 bulb design so it should work. I haven't tried their H7 bulb, but the H4/9003 unit is very good.

Also installed the auxbeam H4/9003 on our 2002 from Best’s recommendation, they work well and are a big improvement. Just keeping my eyes open for a cheap DRL relay.

I spoke too soon. Auxbeam cancelled my order since they won't mail to an APO address via USPS. Oh well...

The LED headlamp has a + and - connection. I'm looking at the driver side headlamp assembly on the truck, it has a brown and then a gray wire, ( the two "main' wires with female spade connectors) which is which? I assume it matters, lol.

The D2 Electrical Library says that the driver's side low beam + should be blue/pink, and the negative should be black. Passenger side should be blue/black and black. Driver's side high beam is blue/gray and black; passenger is blue/orange and black.

Or you could just use a DMM to test for voltage.

Thank you for the wire color ID info. I cannot use a multimeter currently. The truck is undergoing a big overhaul and pretty much everything is disconnected. I decided to swap out my lights as Im waiting on some other parts to arrive and had nothing else to do. Those wires are at the plug. I need to know the polarity of the two wires that connect directly to the actual headlight bulb though.

Can't you check for conductivity between those terminals and the pins in the plug?

So to follow up, the H7 bulbs are a tight fit, but I was able to fit the entire assembly into the headlight unit, including closing the cap on the back. We'll see how they last, all enclosed like that.
Also, the brown wire appears to be the negative one.
